Yin yoga promotes wellness by sequencing passive floor based yoga postures that bring balance to the body's energy channels.  Learn to work with the fluctuations of your mind and breath and exist in your body with joy and ease.

 

Tash's Teaching Schedule:

Mondays 6:00PM - Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Albany Yoga Room.

Wednesdays 6:00PM- Sunset Yin Yoga. Princess Royal Sailing Club. $18 General Public / $15 PRSC members.

Thursdays 6:00AM- Early morning Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Princess Royal Sailing Club. $18 General Public / $15 PRSC members.

Fridays 6:00pm - Restorative Yoga. Albany Yoga Room.

Sundays 8:00am - Yin Yoga. Albany Yoga Room.

Please note: On the rare event that Tash is unavailable to teach the regular timetabled classes at the Albany Yoga Room, these classes will be taken by other wonderful teachers. Please be aware in this instance,the style of Yoga taught may differ from that detailed above.
